Rent and Ride
All sleds must be loaded in a truck, trailer or delivered to a trailhead from our shop. We rent trailers if you do not have one and we also offer delivery services for machines only (not people). You will drive your own vehicle to the trailhead location. Check out our rentals page for more information
Tours
All snowmobiles will be delivered by the guide to the trailhead. Riders are required to drive their own vehicle and follow or meet the guide at the agreed location.
Trail Passes, Fuel, Oil and Helmets
Oil and helmets are included in our rental price. Fuel is based on actual usage. Machines leave full and the renter is responsible for returning the machine full of premium gas only. If we are delivering the sleds we will simply fill the machines on our way back to the shop and charge the credit on file. Trail Passes are sold by the Golden Snowmobile Club at all trailheads, and are the responsibility of the renter/rider. Passes are currently $30 per machine.
Damage Agreements
Damage agreements are offered on all rentals. They are purchased per machine, per day. The damage agreements are intended to reduce the renters liability for damages to the rented gear in case of an accident. It is not insurance and does not cover other people’s equipment or liability. If purchased, the renter is only responsible for damages up to the agreed limit. Damage agreements only cover in the event of an accident and do not cover illegal or reckless behaviour. There are ways to VOID the damage agreement, so please read it carefully.
